Emergency Operations and Contingency Planning

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), in partnership with Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) has developed a series of self-paced, online emergency and humanitarian logistics operations (ELO) training modules designed specifically for supporting humanitarian response operations in the Caribbean. This course was developed in line with WFP’s strategic objectives to promote capacity strengthening activities on disaster preparedness and management and to support CDEMA in improving regional and national operational readiness of logistics, relief and warehouse management processes. The content is suitable for persons from low operational to executive level profiles and can be taken in any order or combination of modules.
