Strategic Programme Management for CDM
This course is designed for civil society practitioners and community-based organisations in the Caribbean region who are seeking funding for projects in their local communities. It may also be relevant to government agencies or departments, including National Disaster Management Offices, that apply for grant funding from regional and international donors.
Communities across the Caribbean face a wide range of development, climate and disaster-resilience challenges. Securing grant funding can help organisations and communities respond to these challenges and deliver projects that make a lasting difference.
Following the grant life cycle, the course guides you through generating a project idea, identifying suitable funding opportunities, developing a proposal, and preparing it for submission. Through practical tools, examples and regional perspectives, you will build the knowledge and confidence you need to develop stronger funding proposals.
